Processual (legacy - not maintained)
Functionality and background >
Processual has been developed originally as a database for storage and representation of business processes. It offers the surveyability of flowcharts, combined with the filter and search capabilities of a database. In this way Processual enables you to design complex processes with many actors and materials.
Later on, the management of the actual processes in the organisation has been added. After enabling organisations to design processes, it was the logical step to let them manage the real actions coming out of the designed process.
Processual brings transparancy in the designed and actual processes and the way in which they were brought about. This enables the organisation to maintain process control and theirby to deliver agreed levels of quality.
Implementation
The filling of the database with processes is up to your organisation. Also, you can get standard implementations at Knowess, for example a standard ISO 9000-2000 quality manual (currently being translated to English). Of course we are standing by to consult on your implementation.
